1.. POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services will provide a reliable and stable internet according to Subscribers allocated bandwidth.
2. Subscriber responsibilities to provide access and clearance to allow duly authorized POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services personnel to enter and leave the Subscriber premises at reasonable hours or at such frequency as may be necessary, and subject to prior notice to the Subscriber, for the purpose of conducting installation.
3. Upon installation Subscriber shall pay only ? 20- per meter UTP wire depend on the wire it consumed, plus router. The router price depends on it’s model. The installation is free.
4. If the customers have their own router, they will only pay for the wire plus ? 600- installation fee.
5. In case of service problem and troubleshoot POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services will provide technicians in the located area for a quick response.
6. Availed router have a six (6) months warranty since the day of installation set-up and activation. POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services is responsible to replace it but for factory defect only. Warranty is void if damaged by any misfortune or subscribers fault. POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services is not responsible for UTP wire installed, after one week since the day of internet activation.
7. Billing shall commence one (1) day after activation of the service.
8. Subscriber shall pay before or every last date of the month.
9. Subscribers is required to ask a reasonable promissory before due date if unable to pay to avoid disconnection.
10. In spite of promissory POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services may suspend service after two (2) weeks since due date if failed to pay the obligation bill .=]\
11. The Subscriber may terminate his subscription in writing by giving one (1) month prior notice for cancellation and by fully settling all his outstanding obligations with POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services.
12. This contract have no lock-in period.
13. POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services reserves the right at its discretion to modify, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to regularly check any changes to these Terms and Conditions. The Subscriber’s continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
14. The following documents shall, by this reference, form integral parts of the agreement between POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services and the Subscriber.
15. In case of any conflict in the interpretation of the provisions of the aforementioned documents, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
I agree to subscribe to POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services and agree to be bound to POINTLINK IT SOLUTIONS Services Terms and Conditions as stated above.
